In mid-January 2021, the e-Finance Group completed the reconstruction and redevelopment of one of the most beautiful historical buildings in the centre of Brno, at October 28 Square (nám. 28. října), and opened it as a new hotel.

The reconstruction of the building resulted in 35 luxury rooms/suites designed and equipped to the highest standard.
LUXURY SPA
The wellness centre provides a unique ambiance for you to fully relax and recharge. It features a spacious Finish sauna, a steam sauna with a glittering mosaic, and a vaulted ceiling resembling a starlit sky.
The wellness area also includes a whirlpool for 6 people. After a sauna or treatment in the hyperbaric chamber, you can rest in the unique three-floor relaxation area in the tower of the EFI SPA Hotel.
EFI PIVOVAR
The hotel complex includes the EFI Pivovar craft brewery, which has a yearly volume of 200,000 litres of beer, and the EFI Hostinec brewery restaurant. In the three-vessel brewhouse, made in the Czech Republic, beer is brewed for you in several styles and tastes.
We make our beer in the way that satisfies our own most discerning tastes. Only then do we know that we can feel proud of it.

EFI HOSTINEC
Our chefs and friendly staff of the EFI Hostinec restaurant work as a team to prepare delicious dishes for our hotel guests and for any non-resident visitors who like good Czech and European cuisines. The traditional dishes are recreated for modern tastes under the direction of our chef Jan Malinka.
SECURE PARKING
We have 45 covered parking places available to our guests and to the general public, including charging stations for electric cars (6 AC chargers).
